Who we are
This website is operated by Wilde Creative LLC. When you submit an enquiry or commission, you are sharing information with us solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will never use it for anything else.
What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your commission: your name or alias, email address, and the details of your request. We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are handled by your bank or third-party processors. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools on this website.
How we use your information
Your information is used solely to communicate with you about your commission, deliver your completed work, and maintain our records for legal and tax purposes. Your commission brief and personal details are never shared, published, referenced publicly or used in any other content under any circumstances.
How we store your information
All correspondence is held in an encrypted ProtonMail account. Order records are held in a password-protected system using anonymised reference tokens — your name and email are stored separately from operational records and are not linked in any shared or accessible document. Audio and written files are stored on encrypted drives and deleted from our systems once delivery is confirmed.
How long we keep your data
Commission briefs and personal correspondence are deleted within 30 days of delivery confirmation. Basic order records (reference number, date, service type) are retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes only. These records contain no content details and are anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact viviennewilde@proton.me. We will respond within 30 days. If you are based in the UK or EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Third parties
We use Formspree to process enquiry form submissions — their privacy policy is available at formspree.io. We do not sell, rent or share your data with any other third party for marketing or any other purpose.
Age verification
